It is possible to perform conference calls and other features with industry-standard single-line telephones such as a conference speakerphone or cordless phone. However, since the phone does not have the feature buttons of a digital Samsung phone, it is necessary to perform functions such as these using feature codes.

The feature code for the CONFERENCE feature is 46 (FLASH 46 since you're already on a call).

Here are instructions for establishing a five-party conference call:

  1. Make Call 1 (dial 9 plus phone number).
  2. Instruct party 1 that you are performing a conference, then press FLASH 46. (called party will be put on hold, and you will hear an interrupted dial tone.)
  3. Make Call 2 (dial 9 plus phone number).
  4. Instruct party 2 that you are performing a conference, then press FLASH.  (party 2 will be connected with party 1, and you will hear an interrupted dial tone.)
  5. Make Call 3 (dial 9 plus phone number).
  6. Instruct party 3 that you are performing a conference, then press FLASH.  (party 3 will be connected with party 1 and party 2, and you will hear an interrupted dial tone.)
  7. Make Call 4 (dial 9 plus phone number).
  8. Press FLASH 46. All parties are connected.

If you wish to create a conference with fewer than four other parties, just press FLASH 46 after you have dialed the last party and all will be connected.
