1. Call voicemail and access main company greeting. To do this from within the office, press your VOICEMAIL button and press # when the system asks for your password. From outside the office, just call a telephone number that is answered by the main company greeting.
2. At the main greeting, press * 999 and enter the administrator's password when prompted. If you do not have the administrator's password, contact the Telephone Warehouse service department to find out what it is.
3. Press 8 for system administration.
4. Press 4 to manage mailboxes.
5. Enter the mailbox number and press #.
6. Press 4 to reset the mailbox's security code.
7. Enter the mailbox number again and press #.
8. Press 999# to exit.

This procedure will reset the voicemail password to the same value as the mailbox number. For example: mailbox 205 would have its password reset to 205.
