The following Samsung telephone systems are backed up using the OfficeServ Manager application:

- DS616 / iDCS16 / OfficeServ 16
- iDCS100 / OfficeServ 100
- iDCS500 / OfficeServ 500
- OfficeServ 7100
- OfficeServ 7200 

If you do not have the OfficeServ Manager application, please contact the Telephone Warehouse Service Department and request it.

Using the OfficeServ Manager application, you can perform a download of your telephone system database. Please note that this does not include any of the data in the voicemail system and backup of that system is a separate procedure, which can also be found on our website.

To backup your telephone system database, perform the following:

1. Launch OfficeServ Manager (OSM) and connect to your system.
2. Click on the DOWNLOAD button or select LINK/DOWNLOAD FROM SYSTEM.
3. Click on YES to create a new download file.
4. Navigate to the folder where you wish to store the backup database and enter a file name.
5. Enter a password to protect this backup file.
6. Insure that the options for ALL SELECT and GROUP SELECT are both checked, and then click on the DOWNLOAD button. The download will begin and should complete within 5 minutes. You may exit OSM when finished.
