How do I program my personal speed dial? Print E-mail

You may program telephone numbers into your personal speed dial. Also, you may optionally program names on your personal speed dial entries so that they may be accessed using the DIRECTORY DIAL / NAMEDIAL function.

To program your personal speed dial entries:

  1. Insure that your telephone is ON HOOK and IDLE.
  2. Press TRSF 105.
  3. Enter a two digit speed dial number, 00 through 49. Note: each extension is equipped with ten speed dial bins numbered 00 through 09 by default. Forty additional speed dial bins may be assigned to an extension by your system administrator or by Telephone Warehouse support personnel.
  4. Enter 9 plus a telephone number.
  5. Press TRSF.

To program your personal speed dial names:

  1. Insure that your telephone is ON HOOK and IDLE.
  2. Press TRSF 106.
  3. Enter a two digit speed dial number, 00 through 49.
  4. Enter the name using the letters on your telephone keypad. Use HOLD to erase an entry, and use volume up/down as cursor control.
  5. Press TRSF when finished..
