Direct Station (DS) buttons can be assigned on a telephone to provide one-touch calling and status information of other extensions in the office.

You may change the extension assigned to a DS button at any time by following these instructions:

1. Insure that your telephone is ON HOOK and IDLE.
2. Press TRSF 107.
3. Press the desired DS button to be programmed.
4. Your display shows the current extension assigned to this DS button. Enter a new extension number and then press TRSF. Or, to keep the current assignment, just press TRSF.
