How do I change the name on my phone? |

The following instructions are for an end user to change the name on their phone. This process is performed from their actual phone only, and is performed with the handset ON HOOK and the phone in an IDLE mode.

Press TRSF 104.

Press HOLD if you would like to erase the current name.

Enter the new name using the letters on the telephone keypad. Use volume up and down to move the cursor forward and backward. To shift between upper and lower case, there is a special SHIFT key used to toggle between uppercase and lowercase mode. The location of this SHIFT key varies. See below for the location of the SHIFT key on the various phone models.

Press TRSF when finished.
