They are helpful, professional, knowledgeable and of course have patience beyond what one could ask for. A special Thank You to Greg Ahlborn who has been extremely helpful and patient while guiding me through the best way to work out our customer service needs. Special Thanks also to Tim, Mat, Jim and Kirk.  Matt and Jim have both been to our office to service our phones. They are respectful and productive. They have shared their knowledge and educated our staff on the phone system. Tim has always worked with me like I understand the world of phone technology, but in laymen's terms. He even allows me to believe I understand it all. And Kirk, I believe him to be the phone God of all time.  He has masterfully and effortlessly handled our numerous changes.
